October goals: Cellphone rehab, Flexibility & Organization

No phone, no Facebook, no Instagram, no Twitter & no WhatsApp for 24 hours…img_3221

One of my friends came up with that challenge since all of us are a little addicted to our phones. From the moment we wake up until the moment we go to bed… At work, in the bus, when we walk, when we eat…

Facing this sad reality, we all locked our phones in a room for 24 hours… Being honest, it hasn’t been easy at all, but it made us remember how life was before we started to be online 24/7.

We spoke way more to each other & it felt like the day was longer.

So, from now on, I’ll try to do a phone detox at least once a week. The fact that someone stole my phone 2 days ago gave me no choice but to do it this week… We will see how that resolution evolves through the month… ;)

Flexibility?

I’ve been pretty bad at warming up / stretching lately & considering my body is not naturally flexible at all, I feel like a piece of plywood right now… Time to fix this!

Taxes, bills, wardrobe cleaning… It’s that time of the year… The only thing I feel like doing is watching Netflix, but sadly, I need to get these boring things done… Ayayaye…

Outside of that, Fall has been amazing so far & I am in love with the sweater weather.
